2002 - 2004
The powerhouses of the Tauranga community set their sights on solving a pervasive issue. I partnered as Project Manager / Strategist. We exceeded expectations, setting a trajectory for community crafted solutions.
2004 - 2005
A Sydney start up was moving at mach speed to keep
pace with a shifting landscape of client needs. Leveraging agile methods, I developed and implemented systems and policy as Operations Manager. Organizational health was nurtured during turbulent growth, and we did a little good along the way.
2006 - 2008
I quickly satisfied dynamic needs as a new Data Manager at M&A thanks to honed soft skills.
Building on this early success I continued to lead cross-functional teams, planning and testing new tools and training executives in their use, until the accident.
2009 - 2012
December 2008. T-intersection. Body moving in a way bodies should never move. L1, L2, L3 crushed. Walking was up for debate. Three years of intensive rehabilitation followed, instrumental in building my resolve to help others succeed. Ten mile hikes have nothing on me now.
2013 - 2014
Consulting with the YMCA in my hometown was a foundational first step post rehabilitation. I took on a range
of projects across the organization, ultimately steering it
into a more sustainable future.
2014 - 2015
During a year of quasi-sabbatical in Argentina, I partnered with BAF Capital, a Swiss Corporate Finance company, to train executives in corporate English (European & US). My consulting abilities proved invaluable in defining requirements, KPIs and assessments for a wide range of professionals within a new cultural setting.
2015 - present
Since moving to Oregon in 2015, I’ve split my time
between exploring the Pacific North West and consulting
with environmental and humanitarian non-profits.
